Day one Done

Well, I worked how to add the photos, but managed to place the photos in the middle of the blog instead of at the end!! Now the post has stalled altogether.

Moving on, I went to the cathedral for Mass last night, high Mass, an archbishop and 7 priests. At the end of Mass all the pilgrims were called forward for a special blessing. Dinner was Burgos Black Pudding , absolutely delicious, followed by Entrecote Steak and a large glass of red wine all for 16.90 Euro.

Not much sleep last night as we had a very active scorer, and no it wasn't me.

We left Burgos at 9am and arrived at Tardajos around midday. Along the way we met an Australian couple , league fans from NSW. The husband offered to carry Glenise's bag as she has a sore shoulder- Camino angels come everywhere. Right now I'm sitting in the bar with a fellow NZer, Liz from Wellington.
