I forgot to add that in Tardajos we met Liz from Porirua. We all had a very pleasant afternoon and evening. Today on the way to Hornillos we were passed by "Jesus from the Bible", that's

how he explained his name. He is from South Korea. There are quite a few Koreans on the Camino as there are Australians.

We left Tardajos around 8.30am. The first little village, Rabe de las Calzadas had a number of very interesting murals. We then started our walk on the meseta. Some find the meseta challenging. It's long and fairly flat. Just 100s of acres of wheat, hay and sunflower fields. I couldn't get over the soil the sunflowers are growing in, hard rocky gray clay like soil. We arrived in Hornillos at 11.45am. We are in an albergue, 35Euro for dinner, bed and breakfast. Dinner is always three courses and plenty of red wine included.
